HTML as a Gateway to Braille for Professional Development Environments

As graduate programs leverage online learning platforms to reach more professionals, the delivery of Braille instruction baffles many university tech support structures. Despite being told our online systems couldn't display Braille, it has been possible to use standard and surprisingly simple HTML code, along with a little one time set up on the students' end, to present Braille in visual and tactile formats over the internet.
