AER eLearning Center Year End Celebration

Join the AER eLearning Center in our Year End Celebration! As we close 2021 and the first year of our eLearning platform, gather with some of the most popular presenters from our programs to learn how they develop their ideas for presentations, adult learning strategies they utilize, techniques and tips for visually impaired presenters and participants, and how to design programs with accessibility for all. We are so grateful for the support from our first year and can't wait to see what 2022 has to offer!

Learning objectives:

  • Participants will learn how to develop a topic or idea for a presentation, using their background as a starting point.
  • Participants will understand features of adult learning and how to address them in a virtual format (engagement, immediate relevancy, scope/time frame, polling for participant background and expertise).
  • Participants will understand techniques and tips for visually impaired presenters and participants in using virtual platforms and design for accessibility for all virtually and in-person.
  • Participants will learn stories of successful presentations and tips on how to get started as a presenter.

This webinar is presented on December 8, 2021 from 7:00-8:30 pm Eastern. The panel includes Mark Richert, Kay Ratzlaff, Lauren Lieberman, Neva Fairchild, Maurice Belote, Hillary Keys, Chris Tabb and Leslie Thatcher.
